Shipping Policy

1. Coverage

ORA Water ships across India through our owned fleet and verified third-party logistics partners. We currently service most pin codes in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Delhi NCR, with progressively expanding coverage pan-India. Serviceability is auto-detected at checkout based on your delivery pin code.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed the next working day.
  • Bulk and custom-label orders may require 48–72 hours of production lead time before dispatch; our team will confirm the schedule by email or phone.

3. Delivery Timelines

Timelines are indicative and may vary due to weather, regional restrictions, festive load, or events outside our control. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, volume, delivery pin code, and selected delivery type (standard, scheduled, or self-pickup). Wholesale and bulk orders may qualify for waived shipping; please review your cart summary for the final amount.

5. Self-Pickup

Customers may opt for self-pickup from our nearest warehouse at no shipping cost. Pickup must be completed within the time window selected at checkout. A government-issued ID and the order number are required at the time of pickup.

6. Failed or Undelivered Orders

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal at the doorstep, our team will contact you to reschedule. Up to two delivery attempts are made. After the second failed attempt, the order may be cancelled and eligible refunds will be initiated per our Refund Policy.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery. If you receive damaged, tampered, or missing items, raise a report within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@orawater.in with your order number and photographs. Claims raised after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement.

8. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, your order status is available under My Orders. SMS and email updates are sent at key milestones (confirmed, dispatched, out for delivery, delivered).
