Why alkaline at 750ml is worth the upgrade
A guest at a fine-dining table will notice the water more than they notice the bread. Standard mineral water at 750ml is fine; alkaline at pH 8.0 to 9.0 in the same bottle is the version a sommelier-led service prefers. The cost difference works out to a few rupees per bottle and the difference at the table is real, not theatrical.

The vertical surface area on a 750ml glass bottle is the most generous of any glass format we run, and it shows in how labels read. Embossed and screen-printed labels in particular look at their best on this size.
